粮食水分含量是粮食储藏和加工中一个重要的环节,如何快速准确地测定是企业降低生产成本、提高生产效率的需要,目前有多种测量方法,但各有优缺点。在分析粮食的介电特性的基础上,提出了基于脉宽测量的电阻比值法的测量方法,详细介绍了它的测试原理、硬件结构和软件流程。该测定仪具有测量精度高、低功耗、便于携带、操作方便、人机界面友好等特点。

Grain moisture is a key problem of grain storage and process. How to measure it fast and truely is the demand of reduing cost and raising produce efficiency for enterprises. By so far there are different methods which have their disadvantages. This paper introduces resistance ratio method based on measuring impulse width according to the grain＇s media electric characteristics. It describes measure principle,hardware design and software flow chart in detail . This apparatus has some advantages such as high measure accuracy,low power consumption,good interface for man and machineand so on.
