摘要
作者在西方发达国家有关可就业能力研究结果的基础上,通过对我国企业管理者和高校毕业生的访谈和问卷调查,采用探索性和验证性因素分析等统计分析技术,提出并验证了我国高校毕业生可就业能力的结构模型。研究结果表明,我国高校毕业生可就业能力的结构可以分为关键技能和个人特质两大类,共九个维度。它们分别是:基本技能、转化实践技能、人际团队技能、自我开发技能等四类关键技能,以及正直可靠、勤奋上进、适应开放、自信主动和敬业奉献等五类个人特质。
Employability is a concept quite different from Employment Ability,as the former was based upon McClelland's competence theory,while the latter traditional IQ theory.Recent studies on individual characteristics in employment setting mainly adopted competence perspective.Based on interviews and questionnaires with students and business administrators,the present paper proposes an index structure model for Chinese college student employability,which has been further validated by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.The results indicate that the structure of Chinese college student employability consists of two categories of index,namely,four key skills including basic skills,transferable skills,teamwork skills and self development skills,as well as five personal features including integrity,ambitiousness,openness,self confidence and dedication.
