摘要
针对某船用燃气轮机的压气机转子叶片与机匣碰摩故障、转子叶片叶尖磨损故障、转子轴承故障,依次分析了故障机理和振动特征,建立了燃气轮机典型故障模拟实验器,模拟了以上三种故障,采集、分析了振动信号,研制了新型的舰船旋转机械状态监测仪,为下一步的在线监测与诊断奠定了基础。
Mechanical damage caused by rubbing and abrasion, mass loss on the tip of blade and rolling bearing fault may occur in a marine gas turbine used in ship engineering. Based on the analysis of the fault mechanism and dynamical characteristics for this gas turbine, the authors have developed an operating condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for marine gas turbines. Then the gas turbine tester has been built up, and above mentioned fault modes can be simulated on the tester. Test results show that the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for three fault modes of this gas turbine is feasible and effective.
