某船舶机舱火灾数值模拟中的火旋风及其危害性分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用大涡模拟方法对一条双机双桨船舶机舱火灾进行数值模拟。探讨了火旋风在船舶机舱火灾中的存在性。运用最小二乘拟合方法研究了机舱火灾中火旋风的中心漂移角速度。结合火旋风的性质及中心漂移角速度对燃料释放率、火焰蔓延和温度场分布进行了分析,认为局部火旋风的产生对机舱火灾所起的作用较大并指出其危害性。同时对该类船舶设计及结构防火提出了建议性的措施,为船舶防火规范的修订提供了参考。 In this paper, the large eddy simulation method is used to simulate fire in a ship engine-room. The existence of fire whirl in the ship engine room is studied. The center's shift angular velocity of fire whirl in the ship engine-room is evaluated by using the method of least square fitting. The heat release rate, the spread of flame and the distribution of the temperature field are analyzed based on the knowledge of the characteristics of the fire whirl and the center shift angular velocity. It is believed that the fire whirl in local area plays an important role for the fire in the ship engine-room, and the harmfulness of the fire whirl is pointed out. Some constructive suggestions are proposed for ship design and the structure fireproof, and some references may be offered for the revise of the standard on ship fireproof.
