摘要
近年来,我国船舶工业进入了快速发展阶段,船舶工业企业都积极开展技术创新项目来抢占市场先机,谋求进一步的生存和发展。本文结合船舶工业企业特点,分析了引起船舶工业企业技术创新风险的因素、综合分析了专家意见和船舶企业未来预期运行状况、利用BP神经网络建立了技术创新风险评价系统、联系实证研究准确反映了船舶企业技术创新的风险状况;进而对船舶工业企业技术创新风险实行某种程度的防范和控制,对创新过程的管理具有支持作用。
In recent years, china's shipbuilding industry has reached fast developing stage. Shipbuilding industry enterprises are now actively carrying out technical innovation projects to seize the market opportunities, and are seeking after further existence and development. In view of the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry enterprises, this thesis analyzes risk factors arising from shipbuilding industry technological innovation. Based on comprehensive analysis of experts' opinion and the expectation of future operating conditions of shipbuilding industry enterprises, the risk assessment system is established by the use of BP neural network. Combining with empirical investigation , this assessment system can accurately reflect the risk state of technical innovation. Furthermore, the shipbuilding industry enterprises technical innovation risks can be prevented or controlled to a certain degree. This risk assessment system plays a supporting role in the management of technical innovation process.
