摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为单体,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为复合乳化剂,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用预乳化和半连续种子聚合法制备核壳型苯丙乳液。考察了单体、乳化剂和引发剂,以及聚合温度对乳液粒径大小和综合性能的影响。
The core-shell styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsification and semi-continuous seed polymerization.The effects of monomer,emulsifier,initiator and polymerization temperature on the particle sizes and comprehensive performance of the emulsion were investigated.
