摘要
介绍了超微细氧化铁的市场需求、研发内容,并对"相对着色力、分散性能、筛余物、粒径分布"等超微细化颜料特征性技术指标进行了研究。样品检验分析的结果显示:超微细化颜料比原材料的"相对着色力"增加了5%～10%;相同分散条件下的分散性能改善了70%以上;"筛余物"比原材料减小了84%以上;平均粒径减小了20%～35%。
The characteristic indexes of ultra-fine iron pigment were studied by experiment.The results showed that comparison to corresponding raw materials,the relative tinting strength of the ultra-fine pigment was increased by 5%-10%;the dispersibility was improved by more than 70% under the same dispersion condition;sieve residue was decreased by 84%;the average particle size was decreased by 20%-35%.
