毛叶五味子化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Schisandra pubescens

目的:研究毛叶五味子的化学成分。方法:用反复硅胶柱层析、HPLC和制备TLC进行分离,通过理化性质、光谱数据及与文献报道对照进行结构鉴定。结果:从毛叶五味子的果实中分离得到6个木脂素和1个三萜内酯,分别为:(+)-戈米辛K2(Ⅰ)、戈米辛S(Ⅱ)、前戈米辛(Ⅲ)、五味子酯甲(Ⅳ)、五味子酯乙(Ⅴ)、当归酰基戈米辛Q(Ⅵ)、红花五味子双内酯(Ⅶ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective ： To study the chemical constituents of Schisandra pubescens. Methods ： The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel, Prep-HPLC and Prep-TLC methods. And their structures were elucidated by physical-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results： Seven compounds were obtained and identified as （ ＋ ）-gomisin K2 （Ⅰ ）, gomisin S （ Ⅱ）, Pregomisin （ Ⅲ ）, Schisantherin A（ Ⅳ ）, Schicantherin B（ Ⅴ ）, Angeloylgomisin Q（Ⅵ ）, Rubrildilactione（ Ⅶ ）. Conclusion： All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
