摘要
根据《核电厂质量保证安全规定》和《民用核安全设备监督管理条例》的要求，业主对福清核电项目核安全设备制造厂的质量保证大纲进行了审查，并以表格的形式对审查过程中发现的一些共性问题进行了统计汇总．提出了修改意见或建议。
According to the HAF003 and other nuclear safety related laws, the owner has reviewed the Quality Assurance Programs of the nuclear safety related equipment manufactories, and summed up those common problems founded in review using forms of sheets, further more, proposed the author＇s ad- vice or opinions.
