摘要
企业的国际化过程是组织知识和能力与外部环境协同演化的结果,跨国企业能力驱动的知识战略,以及知识的结构和特性,直接影响到它们国际化战略的选择。借助基于知识观的跨国公司理论,研究了跨国公司国际化战略的理论模型,揭示了其实践中的战略期权效应。进一步结合安徽省制造企业的国际联盟历程,分析了安徽制造企业的战略应对措施。
The internationalization course of enterprises is the joint result of organizational knowledge and capability evolving together with the external environment. The transnational enterprises; capability-driven knowledge strategies and the structure and traits of knowledge directly influence their strategic choices of internationalization mode. With the aid of knowledge view-based trans-corporations; theory, this paper explores the model of transnational corporations; internationalization theory mode,reveals the inner strategic option effects ,and further analyses the strategic countermeasures of the manufacturers of Anhui province in regard to the course of the transnational strategic alliance of its manufacturers.
