工科院校英语专业教学改革与实践

Reforms and practice on the teaching for English majors of colleges of technology

工科院校英语专业普遍办学历史较短,在人才培养目标的定位、专业课程设置,教学方法的运用等方面都存在诸多的问题。针对二十一世纪外语人才需求多元化趋势的变化,结合安徽理工大学英语专业教学改革的实践,探索提高工科院校英语专业教学质量的途径。

Due to the commonly relatively short history of technology colleges＇ running of English major programs, problems exist in the aspects of orientation of talents＇ cultivation, curriculum design and teaching methods. In accordance with the pluralistic demands of English talents in the 21st century and on the basis of reforming practice on English major teaching in Anhui University of Science and Technology,this paper explores approaches of promoting the teaching quality for English majors of colleges of technology.
