60年来,《湖南日报》始终坚持党性原则,事业产业稳步发展,人才队伍茁壮成长。《湖南日报》取得的成绩,离不开党中央和省委、省政府的关怀,离不开广大人民群众长期以来的支持和厚爱,离不开一代代湖南报人的团结拼搏、艰苦奋斗、锐意进取、无私奉献。站在新的起跑线上,我们要进一步增强舆论引导力和传播力,牢牢把握正确的舆论导向;进一步加大改革创新力度,努力构建舆论引导新格局;进一步推进集团多元发展,不断壮大集团经济实力。

Over the past 60 years, owing to the principle of politicians running the newspaper, ＂Hunan Daily＂ developed steadily and the human resources throve. The achievements of ＂Hunan Daily＂ are inseparable from the concerns of the Party Central Committee and the provincial government, from the long-term support and love of the people, and they also can not be got without the hard work, solidarity, striving to make progress, and selfless devotion of the Hunan Dailyees from generation to generation. At a new starting line, we should further enhance its abilities to guide publie opinions and communication power and firmly grasp the correct orientation of public opinions. We also should further intensify efforts to reform and innovation, and construct a new situation of firmly guiding public opinions. The diversified developments of the group should be promoted to increase the economie strength of the group.
