核转录因子KLF6在肝纤维化和肝癌发病中的作用研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 核转录因子KLF6是新近发现的锌指转录因子,它能调节许多细胞的生长、分化、增殖及凋亡,从而参与多种疾病的发生和发展。本文就其在肝纤维化和肝癌发病中的作用进行综述。
