妊高征血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽变化

LEVELS OF ENDOTHELIN 1 AND CALCITONIN GENE RELATED PEPTIDE IN THE PLASMA IN PATIENTS WITH PREGNANCE INDUCED HYPERTENSION

分正常妊娠组和妊高征组，用ＲＩＡ法测定患者血浆ＥＴ－１、ＣＧＲＰ含量，同时常规测定血浆ＢＵＮ、Ｃｒ，结果表明妊高征组患者血浆ＥＴ－１、ＢＵＮ、Ｃｒ水平均明显高于正常妊娠组，同时ＣＧＲＰ明显低于正常妊娠组；且随着病情加重ＥＴ－１水平逐渐升高。血浆ＥＴ－１、ＣＧＲＰ含量间存在显著负相关性。说明ＥＴ－１水平增高、ＣＧＲＰ水平下降是引起妊高征病理生理变化的重要因素。

In order to observe the levels of ET 1 and CGRP in the plasma in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.The levels of endothelin 1 (ET 1) and calciton in gene related peptide in the plasma in Patients with Pregnangcy indued hypertension were determined by RIA.The result showed that the levels of ET 1 in the plasma in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension increased significantly as compared with those in the control group;but the levels of CGRP in the plasma were correlated negatively and markedly with those of ET 1.It is suggested that ET 1 and CGRP may play some important roles in pathophsiology of pregnancy induced hypertension.
