双蜗壳离心泵内部流场数值计算分析 被引量:5

摘要 借助于CFD软件,基于雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型运用SIMPLE计算方法对叶轮双蜗壳内部流场进行数值模拟,通过模拟双蜗壳与过渡流道内的压力场、速度场、速度矢量分布和流动迹线的三维可视化的流动规律,得出与试验结果相吻合的结果。运用三个不同工况下速度场和压力场的计算结果,分析该叶轮和过渡流道的内部水力特征,通过计算结果和流动细节以及结构特点,探索双蜗壳及过渡流道内的回流、撞击等流动规律。 With CFD software, by taking both the reynolds averaged N-S equations and the standard k-ε turbulence model using SIMPLE ,numerical simulation of the internal flow field for impeller scroll was carried out. By simulating the double volute and the transitional flow of pressure field, velocity field, velocity vector distribution even trace the flow of the three-dimensional visualization of the flow regular, the results coincided with the experimental results, the speed and pressure of results in the use of three different conditions, the impeller and the transition of flow Internal characteristics of the water was analyzed through the results, as well as the structure flow characteristics was detaild to explore the back flow and the impact in the double volute and the transitional flow .
