摘要
应用体外细胞培养技术，观察了红毛五加多糖对白血病细胞系ＨＬ－６０生长增殖作用的影响。研究结果表明，红毛五加多糖对肿瘤细胞系集落形成细胞具有明显的抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．００１）。其抑制作用与剂量呈显著的负相关（ｒ＝－０．９６４，ｐ＜０．０１），揭示红毛五加多糖确有抗癌作用。
The inhibiting effects of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharide on the leukemic cell line colony forming unit were studied by using the cell culture technology in vitro.The results showed that colony forming in Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharide group was significantly reduced as compared with the control ( P <0.001).There was a close negative correlation between the colony and the concentration of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharide( r=-0.964,P <0.01).These results suggested that the antitumor action of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharide is existent.
