摘要
为满足某660MW大型汽轮发电机组对油系统的要求,在对600MW汽轮发电机组配套的主油泵流道研究分析的基础上,采用加大流量设计法对600MW机组配套主油泵流道进行改型设计,并利用基于多工况数值模拟和性能预测优化设计方法,实现了主油泵改型及优化设计目标,有效地解决设计工况的参数匹配问题和多工况的性能优化问题。实践证明该设计方法是可行的,可推广应用于叶片泵的改型及优化设计。
In order to satisfy the requirement of oil-supply system of 660MW steam turbine sets, the retrofit design to the whole flow passage of the main oil pump had been worked out by adopting increasing-capacity design method on the basis of investigation and analysis of main oil pump for 600MW steam turbine sets. A optimum design method based on multi-operation condition's performance prediction through numerical simulation is applied to optimize the flow passage of the retrofitted main oil pump, which can be modified to satisfy the requirement of oil system of 660MW steam turbine sets with constrains. Efficiently solved geometrical parameters matching at the design condition, and solved multl-operation condition's performance optimization, the proposed method is feasible, and can be applied to other impeller-type pump's retrofit and optimization design.
