摘要
以管内流体热量传递为分析方向,研究影响光管管束盘管换热的不同因素,对管内流速、管壁导热系数、喷淋水密度及温度进行了分析讨论,并利用matlab做图显示各因素影响力趋势,得到不同因素对换热过程的影响能力。总结了在今后光管管束盘管换热器的设计过程中应优先参考管内流速、喷淋水密度因素,同时可以忽略管壁导热系数因素,使得在以后的设计过程中能比较直接寻找到最优的结构及运行参数。
The influencing capability has been obtained from researching the impact of different factors on heat transfer in smooth coil units, which base on analyzing of the direction of heat flux in pipe. For instance, fluid velocity within tubes; thermal conductivity within tube wall; density and temperature of spray water. It was concluded that fluid velocity within tubes and density of spray water which should have priority over the thermal conductivity within tube wall that Could be ignored simultaneously in designing process of a heat exchange coil units of closed cooling tower. Making the design process relatively straightforward to find out the optimal structure and operating parameters.
