摘要
根据三草酸合铁(Ⅲ)酸钾K3[Fe(C2O4)3].3H2O制备实验的实际情况,对K3[Fe(C2O4)3].3H2O的制备条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,在用热水(40℃)洗涤FeC2O4,40℃时逐滴加入H2O2并煮沸30s,利用浓缩后挂棉线的方式进行结晶等最佳条件下,可得到粒度较大的翠绿色晶体,大大改善了实验结果的重现性,提高了产品的产率和纯度。
The experimental conditions were optimized the practice of experiments. The result showed that for the preparation of potassium ferrioxalate according to the emerald crystal grains were obtained in the form of putting a cotton thread on the beaker wall after the solution concentrated. The primary optimum conditions were FeC2O4 washed with hot water (40℃), H2O2 added dropwise at 40℃ and the solution was boiling until 30s for removing excessive H2O2. The experimental reproducibility, yield and purity were improved.
