胱氨酸抑制剂C在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究血清胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)水平在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值。方法:测定100例早期糖尿病肾病患者血清中Cys C水平,同时测定视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、血尿素(Sur)和血肌酐(Scr)水平,并以100例健康体检者为对照组。结果:早期糖尿病肾病组中Cys C、RBP、Sur和Scr水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.05);早期糖尿病肾病组Cys C阳性检出率为64.0%,明显高于RBP(53.0%,P<0.05)、Sur(22.0%,P<0.05)和Scr(17.0%,P<0.01);Cys,C与RBP、Sur和Scr呈明显正相关。结论:血清Cys C在早期糖尿病肾病中有较高的检出率,对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断具有重要价值。 Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of serum cystatin C( Cys C) level in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Method The serum Cys C levels of 100 patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy were detected, also RBP, Sur and Scr were detected, and 100 health check - up individuals were selected as the control group. Results The levels of Cys C, RBP, Sur and Scr in early stage of diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈0. 05 ). The level of Cys C was positively correlated with RBP, Sur and Scr(P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0. 05). The positive detection rate of serum Cys C in diabetic nephropathy was 64.0%, which was significantly higher than that of serum RBP( 53.0%, P 〈 0. 05 ), Sur (22.0%, P 〈 0. 05 ) and Scr (17.0% ,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The positive detection rate of serum Cys C is higher in early stage of diabetic nephropathy group. The serum Cys C has important diagnostic value in early stage of diabetic nephropathy group.
