Rational allocation and planning of urban water resources

在综述城市水资源特点及现状基础上．从城市水资源供需变化及城市用水量总体变化等方面．探讨城市水资源概念、承载能力和水安全等问题，为制定城市水资源规划及合理配置提供借鉴。通过建立优化模型对城市水资源水质水量一体化和水资源可利用量进行研究，建立城市水资源合理规划和配置方案。

In the research on the current status and characteristics of urban water resources, the concept, bearing capacity and security of water resources were discussed in this paper. Then, to provide reference for the urban water resource planning and rational allocation, the variation in water supply and demand and urban total water consumption were also studied. Finally, the reasonable planning and configuration scheme of urban water sources were suggested based on the optimization model for the available quantity and the integration of water quality and quantity.
