中国大型企业多角化实证研究——兼与美国大公司比较分析

AN EMPIRICAL RESEARCH INTO THE DIVERSIFICATION OF CHINESE LARGE ENTERPRISES

根据多样化熵理论，本文提出了多角化熵测度法和ＬＲＵＨ二维模型，首次对我国大型企业（样本为２９２家）多角化的分布特征、行业特征、地域特征、多角化与盈利、风险及市场结构等因素的关系进行了实证研究，并与我国股票上市公司（样本为３６家）、美国大公司（样本为３６家）的多角化特征进行了比较分析，分析了我国企业多角化存在的问题，提出了我国企业多角化成长途径及建议。本文的实证研究以及据此提出的利用规模经济、走集约成长道路、增强单位产业要素强度等建议，对我国转变经济增长方式，寻求集约型多角化成长的途径。

According to the theory of diversified entropy,This paper presents the method of diversified entropy and LRUH two dimension model,and makes an empirical research into the diversified characteristics of distribution,industry and region,and the connection of the diversification with profitability,risk,market structure,etc.,based on the first sample (292 Chinese large enterprises).Secondly,this paper does comparative studies on the diversified characteristics among the sample and 36 Chinese open Co.Ltd,36 Large Companies in USA.Thirdly,the problems of Chinese diversified enterprises is deeply analyzed,and some suggestions and the way of diversified growth of Chinese enterprises in presented.The suggestions and the empirical research,including the utilization of the economics of scale,the pattern of intensive growth,the increase of factor intensity per industry,may serve for changing the pattern of Chinese economics growth and looking for the way to the pattern of intensive diversified growth of Chinese enterprises.
