摘要
本文应用业务流程重构（ＢＰＲ）理论，结合实例提出了生产系统组织结构的三阶段流程构造法。
In this paper the three stage process reengineering method is given according to the BPR theory and is applied to the reengineering of the organizational structure in production system.It has the dynamic improvement mechanics.
