健康老年人及老年慢性支气管炎患者血清铜含量的变化及其与细胞免疫关系的研究

Serum Copper Levels in Healthy Elderly Compared with Elderly Chronic Bronchitis Patients and its Relationship with Immunity

应用OKT系列单克隆抗体及原子吸收光谱法检测健康老年人及老年慢支患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及血清铜值的变化。结果表明健康老年组T(OKT_3^+)及T_H(OKT_4^+)细胞显著降低,Ts(OKT_8^+)细胞显著增高,T_H/Ts比值显著降低,老年慢支组此种变化更为明显。健康老年组血清铜值显著高于青中年组,慢支组血清铜值显著高于健康老年组(均P<0.01)。相关分析表明,健康老年人血清铜值与OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+、OKT_8+、B细胞百分率,PHA皮试及OT皮试反应强度无显著相关。

T-lymphocyte subsets, B-lymphocyte and serum copper level were measured in 20 healthy young, 28 healthy elderly and 41 elderly chronic bronchitics (CB). The percentages of T(OKT_3)cell and TH(OKT_4)cell were significantly lower and Ts (OKT_8)cell was significantly higher, T_H/T_S was significantly lower in healthy elderly than in healthy young, and these changes were even more marked in CB. Serum copper in healthy elderly (122.3±18.4μg/dl) was significantly higher than that in healthy young (105.2±11.1μg/dl) , but copper level in CB(151.7±27.5μg/dl) was the highest. There were no significant correlation between serum copper and the percentages of T-lymphocyte subsets and B-lymphocyte and delayed hypersensitivity skin reacti ons to PHA and OT, These results suggest that the elderly miy have excess copper, butwith no influence On T cell subsets, B-lymphocyte and delayed hypersensitivity skin reaction.
