The 2010 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation (ICIA 2010) will take place in Harbin, Hei-longjiang, China from June 20 to June 23, 2010.Organized Sessions:Proposals with the title, the organizers, and a brief statement of purpose of the session must be sub-mitted to an OS Chair by February1, 2010.
