A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR TECHNICALLY ANALYSING AND EVALUATING CORPORATE MERGER AND ACQUISITION STRATEGIES

本文讨论了笔者研制的一个对企业并购战略进行技术分析和评价的计算机辅助决策支持系统（以下简称ＭＳＡＥ—ＤＳＳ）。将战略管理的一组工具：规模指数—市场增长率矩阵、行业引力—企业实力矩阵、市场增长率—市场占有率矩阵、生命周期—竞争地位矩阵，通过笔者研制的拥有数据库、模型库、方法库和知识库的ＭＳＡＥ—ＤＳＳ做了实现。

This paper discusses a computer aided decision support system for analysing and evaluating corporate merger and acquisition strategies;puts forward a new way to analysis and evaluate corporate merger and acquisition strategies by using strategic management tools:A R matrix,I P matrix,R O matrix and C U matrix,and implements them in the MSAE DSS to support the manegment bureau in the formulation of their merger and acquisition strategies.
