在稀盐酸的介质中，锌（Ⅱ）与硫氰酸盐络合形成硫氰酸合锌络阴离子，用正丁醇萃取锌络合物，把锌（Ⅱ）反萃于水中，在PH值为5－6的条件下，用EDTA标准溶液滴定锌。
