摘要 新建本科院校的教师队伍结构不合理、教师人力资源浪费、整体素质不高等现象影响了其深度转型发展,对此必须在学校发展的科学定位基础上,以应用型人才培养为基点,以实践能力提升为抓手,创新教师人力资源管理机制,开发和利用教师人力资源,加强应用型本科院校建设。 For some newly-established colleges and universities,their faculty structure is not very unreasonable,the teacher human resources are not fully tapped and the overall quality of their faculty is not so high.Those phenomena have kept them from developing further in their transitional period.The issues can be tackled by renewing teacher human resource administration mechanism,exploiting and taking full advantage of teacher human resources according to the scientific orientation of development,the basic points of cultivating practical talents and constructing application--typed colleges and universities and the main point of improving practical abilities.
