冻融周期超声介导下胚胎移植位置与妊娠结局的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨腹部超声引导下胚胎移植位置对冻融周期胚胎移植结局的影响。方法回顾分析在本中心行冻融周期胚胎移植病人221例343个移植周期的资料,评估胚胎移植位置对移植后妊娠结局的影响。结果根据B超所测量胚胎移植位置距宫底的距离分为3组,5~10mm为A组,11~15mm为B组,>15mm为C组。各组间年龄、子宫内膜厚度、移植前1d血E2、P水平、解冻胚数、移植胚数、移植优胚数及胚胎评分等指标,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组的临床妊娠率、种植率和流产率均无统计学意义,而宫外孕率有随胚胎位置距离宫底的距离减小而增加的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.067)。结论胚胎移植位置距宫底的距离并不影响移植后妊娠的结局。 Objective To explore the influence of the abdominal ultrasound-guided embryo transfer location on the freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle outcome. Methods Clinical information of 221 cases of patients (343 transplanted cycle) from Guangxi Reproductive Medical Research Centre were analyzed retrospectively to assess the influence of the location of the embryo transfer on the preguaney outcome. Results Patients were divided into 3 groups according to B ultrasonography measurement of the distance from embryo transfer location to uterus base:group A with distanee of 5 -10mm ,group B of 11 - 15mm,and group C of〉 15mm. There was no difference among 3 groups in ages,endometrial thickness,blood E2 the day before transplantation, progestone levels, the number of thawed embryos, the number of transplanted embryos, and embryos excellent score ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was also no statistical significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate, and abortion rate among 3 groups, while it showed increase trend in the rate of eetopie pregnancy with distance decreasing, but with no statistic significance ( P = 0. 067 ). Conclusion Distance from embryo transfer location to uterus base does not affect the outcome of pregnaney after transplantation.
