摘要
铁、锰、锌、铜的快速分析常用原子吸收光度法、发射光谱法、等离子体法、电位溶出法等。本文则研究了快速分光光度法,提出了新的分析方法及若干试验研究结果。
Atomic absorptive spectrometric analysis, atomic emission spectrometric analysis, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric and potentiometric stripping analysis etc. are the methods most generally used for the rapid determination of trace elements iron, manganese, zinc and copper in food analysis. In this paper, not only a new spectrophotometric method is proposed, but also certain analytical results are reported. This proposed method is based on HNO3-HClO4 method for sample digestion,α, α' -dipyridyl method for iron determination, 5-Br-PADAP methed for manganese determination, Zn (HDz)2 mixed colour method with once solvent extraction for zinc determination, Cu (DDTC)2 method with once solvent extraction for copper determination. Time required for once a sample analysis is about 2 ~ 3 h in general, not taken account of the process of sample digestion.
