摘要
本文是对一项普通机床改造项目的分析和总结,该项目是对一台6120普通车床进行改造和二次开发,使其成为一台集编程实验、加工实习、数控系统实验、机床电器实验及机床机械故障实验为一体的多功能教学型数控车床。本文主要介绍了项目改造的设计思路及改造过程。
This paper is an analysis and conclusion of an ordinary lathe technology modification project. The project is the reformation and technological development of the C620 lathe. The teaching NC lathe has been transformed into a multi-functional comprehensive NC machine. It integrates programming experiment manufacturing practice, NC system test, machine tool electricity test and machine tool mechanical failure test. The design thought and the process of modification are introduced in this paper.
