摘要
柴油机机体是柴油机构造的主体,是安装柴油机所有零部件和附件的支撑骨架,机体凸轮轴孔内装有凸轮轴轴套,配气凸轮轴与轴套相配合贯穿整个机体,凸轮轴孔作为机体加工的重要孔系,保证着凸轮轴运转精度及整个气门驱动机构发挥正常功用。此次探讨为解决6190型柴油机机体凸轮轴轴孔同轴度超差问题和垂直油孔侧透问题,该机体的孔及孔系加工质量,对保证产品精度起着重要作用,通过此次应用对加工过程进行了有效控制。
