浅谈高校节约型校园建设

当前,大力推进节约型校园建设已成为高等院校一项十分紧迫的重大政治任务,因为它不仅是有效推进高等教育事业持续健康发展的动力基础,也是破解我国高等教育所面临的现实财务困境的有力措施。本文针对高等教育的现实情况,从必须着重提高领导干部重视的程度、必须着重加强教育宣传工作的广度、必须着重加快推进科学管理的深度,以及必须着重加大工作督查奖惩的力度等四大方面,探索性地提出了当前高等院校推进节约型校园建设必须把握的关键环节和主要举措。
