普通高校体育教育专业在贯彻《全民健身计划纲要》中具有宣传、教学、科研、辐射源功能．为配合《全民健身计划纲要》的实施，普通高校体育教育专业必须转变观念、调整结构、改革课程体系、优化教学内容，加强与社会联系，为社会培养复合型体育人才服务．

College physical education has the function of propaganda,teaching, scientific research and radiant in conducting the plan sketch of body-building of the whole people.In order to coordinate the conducting of the plan sketch and to train qualified combined physical education personnel,we should change our views,adjust our teaching to the plan sketch and strengthen the relationship between our teaching and society.
