摘要
本文用平均寿命和最高寿命二个指标.观察了不同剂量的枸杞对不同月龄的小鼠寿命以及不同剂量的枸杞及其多糖对果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明,一定剂量的枸杞和或枸杞多糖能分别显著地提高小鼠和果蝇的平均寿命,但对二种动物的最高寿命均无明显影响。说明拘杞及其多糖具一定的抗(延绥)衰老作用。
Using average life span and maximum life span as hallmarks of aging, we measured the effect of Lycium barbarum L. in divers doses on life span of mouse taken the drug at certain age and the life span of drosophila melanogaster. The results revealed adefinite and significant action on the average life span of mouse and dresophil amelanogaster, but no significant effect on maximum life span indicating that Lycium barbarum. L. and its polysaccharide possess certain antisenile effects.
