摘要
本文对122名练气功二年以上的老人(≥60岁)及90名(≥60岁)未练过气功的老人进行了睡眠情况的调查。结果表明,在睡眠量上,气功组和对照组之间无明显差别,但在睡眠质上气功组显著好干对照组。说明气功有益于改善老年人的睡眠质量。
Sleeping status was investigated in 122 subjects with age of 65±4.9 who hare practised Qigong more than two years and 90 subjects with 65±4.4 years of age as control. The results showed that no significant differences were found in sleeping quantity between Qigong and control group, but the sleeping quality was better in Qigong group. It is suggested that Qigong is useful to improve sleeping quality in the elderly.
