根据小波理论的原理，具体地推导了快速小波变换的算法和小波包矩阵合成的算法，得到了基于小波原理的数字滤波器，这种滤波器对系统的高频分量和衰减的直流分量都有很好的滤除效果．
According to the principles of wavelet theory,this paper deduces concretely a fast wavlet transform algorithm and combined matrix wavelet packets algorithm,thus getting a digital filter based on wavelet theory.There is a good filtering effect for the high-frequency parts and attenuate D.C part of electric power system in this filter.
