摘要
提出了一种基于过零点检测的电力系统频率估算的新方法.所提出的方法计算简单、跟踪速度快,并具有较高的精度.同时对系统谐波分量和随机噪声对该方法的影响以及频率跟踪方面进行了仿真试验.
A new method based on zero crossing is presented for estimating power system frequency.This method can estimate power system frequency precisely through simple calculating and follow the tracks of the frequency deviation quickly.In this paper,some simulation are presented for evaluating the influences by harmonics and random noises,and the property for following the tracks of the frequency deviation.
