摘要 本文研究了人胎脑提取物对老龄小鼠细胞脂褐素及血超氧化物歧化酶(SDD)活性力的影响。连续腹腔注射一个月后,老龄小鼠脑细胞内脂褐素的含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);SOD活性则与对照组间无明显差异。结果表明,人胎脑提取物能显著的减少老龄小鼠脑细胞内的脂褐素;故可能有抗衰老作用,但对SOD的活性影响不大。 The antiaging effect of human embryonic brain extract were studied in older mice. The lipofuscin levels in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was stastically significant (P<0.002)in the nerve cells of mice brain. Superoxide dismutase activities showed no difference within these two groups. The results suggested that the human embryonic brain abstract might significantly decrease the lipofusein level,but its effect were insignificant in superoxide dismutase activities after aging.
