三种根尖定位仪在根管再治疗牙齿工作长度测定中的应用

摘要 目的比较三种不同根尖定位仪(EAL)测定根管再治疗牙齿工作长度的准确性。方法采用50颗单直根管离体牙,以根管治疗前的实际工作长度(AL)为比较标准,以2%琼脂凝胶模拟口腔黏膜环境,分别使用Ray-pex5、NeosonoTMCo-pilot和Root-ZX测量根管再治疗后的电测工作长度(EDL),统计D值(D=AL-EDL)在AL±0.50 mm及AL±1.00 mm的分布频率,并对三种EAL的D值进行方差分析。结果三种EAL的准确率在AL±0.50 mm范围分别为92%、80%、74%,在AL±1.00 mm为98%、92%、86%,差异无统计学意义。结论本实验条件下,三种EAL均可对根管再治疗牙齿的工作长度进行准确测量。
