摘要 文章在对Momentum方法进行研究的基础上,利用ADS软件进行2-tone负载牵引法得到了晶体管输入和输出阻抗。在晶体管稳定性分析的条件下,运用共轭匹配法设计匹配网络,并将匹配网络转化为Momentum元件再用于电路设计中,大大提高了设计的准确性。成功设计出了LDMOS微波功率放大器。对比采用Momentum元件和理想原理图设计两种情况下功率放大器的小信号S参数和大信号下的输出结果,证明了设计过程的准确性。 On the basis of study the Momentum method, the input and output impedance of transistor are gained by 2-tone load-pull method, using the ADS software. Matching networks, which are changed into corresponding MOMENTUM components and re-used in schematic design with well improvement design accuracy are designed by the conjugate match method basing on the analysis of unconditional stability. A LDMOS microwave power amplifier is successfully designed. Comparing the small signal S parameters and large signal results of ideal schematic and applying MOMENTUM components, it proves the exact design.
