加工中心电测头及自动测量的研究

Research on the inductance micrometer head and auto-check of machining centers

针对加工中心工件坐标的测定问题,在保证测量精度及控制在较低成本的前提下,对工件坐标的测定方法进行研究探讨,并最终找到一个高效易行、能解决实际加工问题的方法。经过部件研制以及在实际生产过程中的调试使用,证明该方法切实可行。

On the basis of high precision and low cost, discusses the detection methods of workpiece＇s coordinates on machining centre and finds out an easy and efficient method is proved practical after application in production.
