摘要 在UG软件中利用参数化建模和虚拟装配功能建立自动抱夹横移机的三维实体模型。应用UG软件的CAE模块对自动抱夹横移机的吸盘支架进行强度有限元分析,提出两种提高吸盘支架强度的方案,从制造工艺性和安装维修方便性角度出发,选择增加一条加强筋,同时增加吸盘支架壁厚的方案,将新的吸盘支架模型导入ANSYS W orkbench中进行模态分析,仿真结果表明改进后的吸盘支架具有良好的动力学特性。 Three-dimensional model of automatic clamp lateral moving machine had been created when functions of parametric modeling and virtual assembly in UG software was used. Finite element analysis of vacuum chuck brackets' strength was carried out on CAE module in UG. Subsequently, two plans were provided to improve the strength of vacuum haptor bracket. In terms of manufacturability and convenience of installation and maintenance, one reinforcing rib was chosen. Simultaneously wall thickness of vacuum chuck brackets was increased. After the new vacuum chuck bracket models were imported to ANSYS Workbench, modal analysis was carried on. The simulation result shows good kinetic characteristics of modified vacuum haptor bracket.
