渔业科技成果转化中存在的问题及其对策

Issues and countermeasures on transfer of fishery scientific and technological achievements in China

为加快渔业科技成果转化,缩短对科技成果所进行的后续实验、开发、应用、推广直至形成新产业的时间,加速其转化为现实生产力,本文从政府部门、科研部门、推广机构以及企业4个方面阐述了我国科技成果转化过程中存在的主要问题,并进行了相关对策分析,建议通过加强领导、创新科研机制、协调科技推广体制、搞好技术培训,发展品牌企业等措施提高渔业科技成果的转化速度、质量和效益。

In order to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the author has expatiated the main problems existed in transforming fishery scientific and technological achievements in China in the four aspects of government departments, scientific research institutes, extension organizations and enterprises. The author has also proposed countermeasures to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The countermeasures include： coordination of scientific enhancing leadership; innovation of scientific research mechanism; and technical extension system; technical training and development of brand enterprises.
