我国水产品质量安全SWOT分析及战略选择

SWOT analysis and strategies on seafood quality and safety in China

水产品安全不仅涉及到消费者的健康,还关系到社会的稳定和政府的威望。我国水产品出口常常因为安全问题受到进口国的技术性贸易壁垒限制。本文对我国水产品行业的外部环境和内部环境进行了分析,并在SWOT分析基础之上揭示了我国水产品行业所面临的机会与威胁、优势与劣势,指出了提高我国水产品质量安全的紧迫性和可行性,以及提高我国水产品质量安全的管理战略。

Aquatic safety involves not only the health of consumers, but also the relationship between the stability of society and the government＇s prestige. China＇s export of aquatic products is often subjected to the technical barriers to trade restrictions of the importing countries because of the safety problem .The article analyzes the extra and intra environment of China＇s seafood industry and points the opportunities, threats, advantages and weakness of China＇s seafood industry on the basis of SWOT analysis. It indicates the urgency and feasibility to improve the China＇s seafood quality and safety. Finally, this paper offers a series of management strategies to ensure the seafood quality and safety in China.
