摘要
对纤维素酶高产菌株好食脉孢霉产纤维素酶的液态发酵条件进行了研究,以FPA和CMC酶活力为指标,确定了适宜的培养基主要成分由豆渣和麸皮组成,培养基起始pH值为5.0。最佳发酵工艺条件:培养温度28℃,摇床转速150 r/m in,培养时间72h,此时摇瓶发酵液中的FPA酶活力达到790.2U/mL,CMC酶活力达到459.4U/mL。
The liquid state fermentation conditions of cellulase production by Neurospora sitophila were studied. Taking FPA and CMC activity as the indexes, the optimum medium and the optimum fermentation conditions were determined in this paper: initial pH 5.0, incubation temperature 28℃, rotation speed 150 r/min, and the incubation time 72h. Under the above conditions, the FPA activity in the flask was 790.2 U/mL, the CMC activity in the flask was 459.4 U/mL.
