摘要
借助于SAS8.0软件,采用Plackett-Burman试验设计法及响应面法分析,对灰树花进行了发酵工艺条件的优化研究,用最陡爬坡路径逼近最大响应区域,再利用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析法进行回归分析。结果表明,接种量与灰树花多糖产量存在极显著的相关性,优化的发酵条件为:接种量10%、培养温度26℃、葡萄糖添加量4%。灰树花多糖产量可达到1.91g/L。
With SAS8.0 software, Plackett - Burman experimental design method and response surface method were applied to optimize the condi- tons of Grifolafrondosa fermentation. First using the path of steepest ascent tests to approach the largest response region, then using Box - Behnken and response surface method to do regression analysis. The results showed that inoculum concentration and the yield of Grifolafrondosa polysaeeharide were significant relevance; the optimized fermentation conditions were as follows: inoeulum concentration 10%, culture temperature 26 ℃, adding the 4% glucose. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide could be up to 1.91g / L.
