摘要 对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病(褐斑病)在山东省的为害、症状特点、生物学特性以及病原菌的鉴定进行了研究。根据病原菌的形态特征和致病性,并结合其rDNAITS区域的序列分析,将引起山东省黄瓜棒孢叶斑病的病原菌鉴定为多主棒孢霉Corynespora cassiicola(Berk&Curt)Wei.。室内测定和田间防治试验结果表明,43%戊唑醇悬浮剂和33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病的防治效果可达90.49%。 Cucumber target leaf spot is a serious disease in greenhouse in Shandong province. Based on its pathogen characteristics of morphology, pathogenicity and sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA (ITS) , the pathogen arousing cucumber target leaf spot in Shandong province was identified as Corynespora cassiicola ( Berk & Curt) Wei. The disease could be effectively controlled by tebuconazole and oxine-copper in bioassay and field trial. The control effect to cucumber target leaf spot is 90. 49 %
