3种蔬菜种子萌发与胚根生长对铅胁迫的耐受性 被引量:6

摘要 为了比较大白菜、黄瓜和萝卜种子发芽过程中对重金属铅的耐受性,研究了不同浓度铅溶液胁迫对3种蔬菜种子萌发和胚根生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的铅处理对大白菜种子的萌发没有显著影响,但对黄瓜、萝卜种子的萌发有显著影响,尤其对3种蔬菜种子的胚根生长有显著的抑制作用,胚根变短、变小,甚至畸形、褐化坏死。进一步的光学显微镜分析结果表明,根尖生长锥随着铅胁迫浓度的增加而变短、变粗、畸形,根尖细胞变短、变小。通过比较胚根生长的抑制指数,3种蔬菜种子对铅胁迫的耐受性依次为萝卜>黄瓜>大白菜。 This paper investigated the effect of lead stress with different concentrations on the germination and radical growth of Chinese cabbage, cucumber and radish. The results showed that within the designed concentration range, lead stress almost had no significant effects on the Chinese cabbage seed germination, but had significant effects on cucumber and radish seeds germination, inhibited the three kinds vegetables seeds radical growth significantly. With the increase of lead concentration, the inhibition index of the radical growth increased remarkably, the radical became podgy, deformed, even browning and necrotic. By comparing the inhibition index for radical growth of the three kinds vegetables, it could conclude that the lead-endurance of different kinds vegetables was different, the order of the endurance from strong to weak was radish, cucumber, Chinese cabbage.
