一种新型电采暖炉控制器的研制

Development of a new electric heating stove controller

针对传统的家用采暖炉存在的缺点和安全隐患,以HT46R47单片机为控制核心,研制了一种新型电采暖炉控制器。该控制器采用液晶面板显示有关信息;键盘或遥控器设置参数,通过电热管和静音水泵实现水温控制和热水循环;并设有双重漏电保护和防干烧保护。试验结果表明,采用该控制器的采暖炉安全可靠、智能化程度高、采暖效果好,且具有较高的性价比和一定的推广价值。

Aiming at shortcomings and potential safety hazard of the traditional home heating stove, a new electric heating stove controller was developed based on HT46R47 single chip. LCD panel was used to show relevant information, and the parameters were set by keyboard or remote control. The water＇s temperature and circulation were controlled by electric heating pipe and mute water pump. The double leakage protection and anti-dry burning protection were designed. The test results indicate that the controller is well in performance and low in cost, which is worth of spreading.
